CANCELLATION POLICY

Respectfully, appointments that are cancelled within 24hrs, and any no call/no shows the day of will result in 50% cancellation fee of the clients entire service. Waxology by RH has a 9 minute late policy. When you book an appointment, you agree to be charged 50% of your service amount if you arrive 9 minutes or more after your scheduled time. However, I will try to accommodate your services to the best of my ability.
